Our curriculum is aligned with Washington State and Common Core Standards. Curriculum areas include religion, English/language arts, math, social studies, science, music, art, physical education/health, and technology. Our instruction is differentiated to accommodate various learning styles within each classroom so that each student can progress at a pace that is appropriately challenging for them. Academic excellence and developing strong, successful learners is a part of our tradition.
Our Lady of Hope School fosters creativity, social-emotional growth, and spirituality in our students through an assortment of enrichment and extracurricular activities. Art, music, physical education, and technology are all integrated into our school day. Our students may elect to participate in band once they reach fifth grade, and our seventh and eighth graders choose from electives such as: mock trial, nutrition in the kitchen, improv, drumming, leadership, yearbook, kindergarten buddies, and digital photography.
